Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order? +

Yes, we provide samples. Sample fee varies by product and is refundable when you place a bulk order meeting MOQ. Sample lead time is 5-7 days for standard items, 10-15 days for custom designs.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +

MOQ varies by product: leather shoes 500 pairs, leather bags 300 pcs, leather belts 1,000 pcs. Trial orders with lower MOQ can be discussed for new partnerships.

Can I customize the design? +

Yes, we offer full OEM/ODM service. Send us your design, sketch, photo, or sample, and we'll develop the product for you. Customization includes logo, design, color, material, hardware, size, and packaging.

How long is the lead time? +

Production lead time is 25-35 days after deposit confirmation. Sea freight to JHB or CPT warehouse takes 35-55 days total. Buyer collects from the designated warehouse. Express production is available for urgent orders with a rush fee.

What payment methods do you accept? +

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit upon order confirmation + 70% balance before collection at JHB/CPT warehouse, South Africa. L/C at sight for orders over R650,000. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) on Ex-Warehouse basis, delivered to JHB or CPT warehouse, South Africa. Buyer collects from warehouse.

Can I visit your factory? +

Yes, factory visits are welcome by appointment. We can also arrange video tours for remote clients. Contact us to schedule a visit.
